1. Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason that is not due to a product defect. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no claim will be accepted.

To be eligible for a return due to a defect, you must provide:

  • A clear photo or video showing the defect.

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.

3. Return Conditions (if accepted)

If we approve a return due to a verified defect, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or taxes.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider. If you still have issues, contact us at rainmakecrew@163.com.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
