配送ポリシー

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship worldwide via air freight from China. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

North America (e.g., United States, Canada) 7–12 business days
Europe 7–14 business days
Rest of the world 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance, flight schedules, or other unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are not included in our shipping charges (see Section 5).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier's website. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days.

  • Damaged packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Coverage depends on the shipping service selected.

7. Order Cancellation & Address Change

  • Cancellation is only possible before the order is processed (within 24 hours of placing the order).

  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be packed or shipped.
